Terms — SPM Google Ads Read-Only Assistant
The SPM Google Ads Read-Only Assistant is provided by Sydney Pressed Metal Pty Ltd, ABN 18 605 810 197, trading as Sydney Pressed Metal, solely for authorised internal business use. It is not a public advertising-management service.
Users must have SPM’s authority and legitimate Google account access for the relevant advertising data. Protect credentials and confidential reports. Do not access unrelated accounts or attempt to bypass read-only restrictions.
The assistant provides reports, audits and recommendations. AI-generated analysis may be incomplete or incorrect. Check conclusions against source data and actual business outcomes before acting. No particular advertising result is promised.
The current connector exposes only read-only tools and does not execute Ads changes. The underlying Google OAuth permissions are technically broader; read-only operation is enforced by the tools exposed by this connector, not by a read-only OAuth permission. Those broader permissions do not constitute SPM approval to make changes. Any future change-execution capability requires separate approval and controls: analyse, recommend, show the exact proposal, obtain explicit approval, execute only the approved change and log the result. These terms do not enable or authorise that future capability.
Data handling is described in the privacy notice. Relevant task content is processed by OpenAI and may be retained in local records and provider systems. This is not a local-only or zero-retention service. No unconditional provider no-training assurance or automatic local deletion schedule is established. Disconnecting Google authorisation does not automatically delete retained records.
Access may be suspended or discontinued for security, misuse, maintenance or changes to third-party services. The assistant is operated by Sydney Pressed Metal, not Google or OpenAI. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Material changes to these terms or data practices will be communicated before taking effect, with additional consent where required.
